Description: hGH is manufactured by the pituitary gland and is important for normal development and maintenance of the tissues and organs of the body. GHR-15 stimulates release of hGH and contains: Anterior Pituitary Peptides Glycoamino acid complex (4,500 mg), Mono, Poly and Oligo Saccharides (2,500 mg); hypothalamus gland extract. The following amino acids are also present in GHR-15. They are believed to be cofactors: L-Glutamine (110 mg), L-Arginine (100 mg), L-Pyroglutamate (100 mg), L- Glycine (300 mg), L-Lysine (200 mg), L-Tyrosine (200 mg), GABA (100 mg), hypothalamus gland extract.
Method of Action: hGH is primarily released during the beginning phase of sleep. It is converted by the liver into growth-promoting metabolite somatomedin C, then circulated through the body stimulating cells to produce protein and repair themselves.
Indications and Usage: GHR-15 claims the flowing effects: Increase in lean muscle; reduction in subjective depression; increase in energy; reduction in incidence of osteoporosis; reduction in incidence of cardiovascular disease; improved memory and alertness; resistance to illness; reduction in mood swings; hair growth; improved sleep; improved exercise endurance; increased bone density; reduction in facial wrinkles.
Contraindications: Do not take during pregnancy. Not to be taken by children or adults under the age of 25 years.
Dosage and Administration: Taken at bedtime for 5 days followed by two days off to prevent acclimation. Blood testing must be done to determine pre- and post-treatment levels of hGH and monitor changes in endogenous levels of hGH to prevent adverse reactions (below).
Clinical Effect In: Gradual.
Adverse Reactions: Diabetes, pooling of fluid in skin (edema), high blood pressure, overgrowth of connective tissue leading to arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Caution is warranted with any supplements, which affect hormones. We do not know, for example, how each individual may respond to hGH. Some individual's bodies may release high levels of estrogen and or testosterone that in turn may have unwanted deleterious effects.
