Also owned and covered under this agreement are OCDRecoveryCenter.com and MindBodyConsult.com. Any reference in this document to "OCDRecoveryCenters.com" will imply the other two domains. All references to "OCD Recovery Center" will include and imply the "Mind/Body Consultant Services", "OCD Recovery Centers of America", and "Dr. Christian Komor" in this agreement.

This privacy statement is designed to help you understand how we use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us.

This privacy statement does not describe the practices of for other sites, only the ones mentioned in the above paragraphs. Information That We Collect

When you visit our Web site, you may provide us with information in different ways. For example, fill out a form, order a product, or sign up for our newsletter. Additionally, we collect information on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our web site.

Doctor-Patient Confidential Information Statement

All doctor-patient information is kept strictly confidential when a patient signs a new patient contract with the OCD Recovery Center. Doctor-patient information is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared if there is a legal obligation and/or warrant to do so. Doctor-Patient information is not stored on the internet and is not related to the web site. The greatest care will be taken in preserving patient confidentiality. For more information about Doctor-Patient confidentiality you may review the new patient information when signing a contract with the OCD Recovery Center. The OCD Recovery Center is not responsible for security of e-mail messages on the internet and other networks or security measures of which the OCD Recovery center has no control.

Opting Out of the OCD Recovery Center Mailing Lists

We only want to send you information if you want to receive it. You may opt out of receiving additional or future information from us or from having your information shared within the OCD Recovery Center family at any time by requesting removal from our email lists through the newsletter administration system, found on the "Join Our Newsletter!" web page.

If a user wishes to subscribe to any of our newsletters, we ask them to register by providing their contact information (email address), and other information listed on the Newsletter registration form. Newsletter recipients may also receive occasional messages from the OCD Recovery Center and may opt-out of these offers by using the method described above.
